Together with Joeke de Hair who is GZ psychologist and IFS trainer in Germany, we are proud to offer the first psychologist-led, IFS-informed training in the Netherlands. This online program provides a strong foundation to learn Internal Family Systems (IFS) and a detailed, practical understanding of how to apply the model safely and effectively in clinical practice. More about us: Nadia Terzieva - Level 3 trained IFS therapist, trained directly by: Chris Burris – Level 1 Dr. Frank Anderson – Level 2 Dr. Richard Schwartz – Level 3, founder of IFS Joeke de Hair - Dutch GZ-psychologist Trained extensively in Germany Experienced IFS trainer in German clinical settings (for adults and children) Module 1 — January 16–18, 2026 This module covers the core structure of the IFS model: understanding parts (Managers, Firefighters, Exiles), the 6Fs, the 8Cs of Self-energy, and helping clients unblend from their parts. By the end, participants gain a solid foundation and can begin integrating the model into their sessions. Module 2 — February 25–27, 2026 This module builds on the basics with more advanced applications. Participants revisit Module 1, learn direct access, externalizing parts, resolving polarizations, and facilitating unburdening. Confidence increases in working with more complex systems and strengthening the Self-to-Self connection. Module 3 — March 13–15, 2026 This final module focuses on integration and mastery. It includes working with transgenerational trauma, inherited burdens, and unattached burdens. Participants learn to support deep healing processes and reflect on therapist self-care. By the end, they are equipped to apply IFS with a wide range of client issues.
