DESCRIPTION DAY BY DAY DAY 1 - SATURDAY FIRST PART OF THE DAY 09:00 am - 09:10 am – Getting to know each other, overview of the whole program; 09:10 am - 09:20 am - Attachment - different type of attachment and how this influence us. 09:20 am - 09:30 am - How the current attachment influence our relationships. 09:30 am - 09:40 am - A little bit of Neuroscience - amigdala activation and shutting down of the prefrontal cortex, functioning on a survivor mode 09:40 am - 09:50 am - Pairing people in two - looking at the eyes of the other and seeing who we are seeing there. All is done in silence. Sharing with each other in the small room. Later whoever can share in the big room. 09:40 аm – 10:10 am – Teaching piece about the model - IFS and the different parts in our subconsciouse, their role in our system; 10:10 am - 10:30 am - Questions SMALL BREAK 10:40 am – 11:10 am- "Path exercise meditation" and discussion in the big group; 11:10 am – 12:30 pm – Demo Session I 12:30 аm – 01:00 pm – Questions about the demo; 01:00 pm – 02:00 pm – Lunch break SECOND PART OF THE DAY 02:00 pm - 02:30 pm - Teaching piece about protectors fears 02:30 pm - 03:00 pm – Еxperiential in couples about protectors fieаrs; working on each other systems - therapist/client and vice versa; 03:00 pm – 04:30 pm – Demo Session II 04:30 pm – 05:00 pm – Questions CLOSING DAY2 - CRITICS IN THE SYSTEM SUNDAY FIRST PART OF THE DAY 09:00 am – 09:30 am – Meditation about someone that we have a big problem with, "locking them in a sealed room with a small window", asking the protector to step aside and watching the enemy from a small window – what we see this time? Questions in the big group; 09:30 am – 11:00 аm – Demo III Session 11:00 am - 11:30 am – Questions 11:30 аm – 12:00 аm – Teaching about The Critics in the system; 12:00 pm – 01:00 pm – Pairing in couples "Helping Critics to transform" - outlines 01:00 pm – 02:00 pm – Lunch SECOND PART OF THE DAY 02:00 pm – 03:00 pm – We devide the whole group in small groups of 3 people. One is therapist, the other one is the client and the third is the observer. For one hour and a half under a supervision one of the group members is making a therapy on the other one. The third person is observing his/her own sensations while witnessing the process; 03:00 pm – 03:30 pm – question in the big group; 03:30 pm – 03:40 pm – short break 03:40 pm – 05:00 pm - Demo Session IV 05:00 pm – 05:30 pm – Questions CLOSING
